About Dr. Dan Elash
Hello! It’s nice to meet you I’m Dr. Dan.
My life’s work has been centered at the intersection of psychology, leadership, and transformation. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals, organizations, and communities navigate challenges, build resilience, and realize their fullest potential.
This journey is not just about credentials it’s about impact. From courtrooms and clinics to classrooms and boardrooms, my focus has always been the same: helping people grow with clarity, purpose, and strength.
Foundation
A Foundation in Understanding Human Behavior
My career began with a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Kansas, where I developed a deep understanding of human behavior especially under pressure. Early experiences working with inmates and conducting psychological assessments in high-stress environments shaped my ability to see beyond surface challenges and uncover what truly drives change.
Over time, I served as an expert witness and worked alongside legal professionals to bring clarity to complex psychological matters, always with a focus on fairness and insight.
Career in Clinical
A Career in Clinical Excellence
My clinical work spans hospitals, treatment centers, and private practice across multiple states. I’ve supported individuals and families through crisis, recovery, and long-term personal growth working with a wide range of mental health needs, including those in forensic settings.
I’ve also led mental health organizations, conducted evaluations for disability services, and collaborated with courts, schools, and state agencies. These experiences strengthened my ability to guide people through life’s most challenging transitions with compassion and expertise.
